Recent news that some soaps, shampoos and other personal care products labeled "natural" or "organic" might actually cause cancer confused the hell out of everybody. So here's a list of exactly which "natural" products are safe, and another list of which ones aren't.

The process of turning twenty two has finally dragged itself to a slow halt. The Friday saw us at the Suburban, a sweet local bar (My first visit) and I’ll probably return. Last night was complete with ‘cook your own dinner‘ on the at the Matheson household and lively game of Settlers.
